Long Overdue Refund

Order o***4 placed on 31/01/2020 truworths Online staff so Arrogant good for nothing always giving a pathetic service I have spoken to Veronica Hughes , Nosipho etc supp**** all prove by Email on the 24 September, 9 November showing I Did not Receive any money due to into my account since the one I used when purchasing in January was closed when they chose to process the so called refund if it was ever done as they claim in August no proof whatsoever, they will not authorize my Refund after I have called a count less times Spend more money and wasted my precious time than what is due to me. Truworths online is uncompetitive don't even bother here they Do Not offer Aftersale service its Useless. ******* agents do not know their duties.
