Literally ****** at the till of Truworths Circus Triangle by Truworths themselves!

Truworths Circus Triangle Umtata is exactly what it is - a circus headed by a clueless clown Mr Gudisa. And unfortunately great cashiers like Mphumzi have to endure working under this kind of *********** management. Imagine picking am item because you like it and it's price is too, a great deciding factor that you purchase the item!? Then get to Mphumzi and his till overcharges. Upon realizing and pointing out the error the till has made, you get told the price on the item is incorrect - it actually costs more than it says! We apologize but there's no nothing we can do. This is what Gudisa told me today. He said he couldn't help. I then asked for someone perhaps superior to him who could help. Gudisa suggested that he could give me his number so I call him. I contested out of disbelief that he could even say such a thing - for me to call his superior on MY phone!???? He then handed me the shop's phone and said I could use it to call. The guts of the man, totally unheard of. I told him I wasn't there to solve his store's problems. I just needed to buy the item at the marked price! To cut the long story short, Gudisa made no effort to try and assist, he made his problems mine! For the show to go on and for to get the hell out of Truworths Circus Triangle - I had to call customer services Cape Town. I then met Phumza on the phone who did absolutely zilch to alleviate the situation. Phumza who said only the Area Manager can help me - and insisted that Gudisa the store Manager couldn't. When I asked Phumza who the Area Manager was - Phumza didn't know.

Now Truworths Circus Triangle has my money and the clothes I was trying to buy with them, and they didn't even care to offer to refund me! I'm at a loss of not just my money but words to truly describe what happened at Truworths today!
