I recently posted about you guys not giving me my money back and your-ll rep**** saying that it was due to the fact that it was a credit note purchase. Here's the thing I bought an item and den exchanged it wen I went to exchange it the guy made a credit note n then purchased the product that I wanted to change the initial product for I did not ask for a credit note or agree to one it was done without my knowledge, and den wen I went for a refund because i really wasn't happy with the product I was then told I cannot get a refund because I made the purchase with a credit note, this was not my doing I purchased with cash the idiot cashier maybe didn't know how to do an exchange n did this instead and now I have money in ur bank account that's if no use to me because I will never shop at truworths again
