**** to by call centre

i have did an online purchase 3 weeks ago, i have being tracking it since 10/02/2020 and was told its with the courier and every being **** to, today 13/02 i called again and the lady advised, the parcel was only picked up today, when i asked her to speak to her manager, kept on avoiding me, and i had to contact truworths , they had no intension to keep me update, pathetic service.
