Let go to small claim court

I am so passed off with this store in ladysmith, I have mislaid my till slip as I need to return 2x items back to the store to which I have purchased in Newcastle . It was just before our festive celebration. I took my purchases to Truworth Ladysmith as it is close to home. They refused for me to change the items it was just 2 t shirts yet I buy for big values from their store. The ladysmith branch have found my slip that I have made the purchase on and I told them I want my money back now they said that they cannot refund me as they will give me a gift card. I am waiting over and hour in this store. I promise you Truworth I am going to take this matter on to the consumer council and then to small claims court. I await your response

It was cash , I am going to take you guys too small claims court. The area manager made me to look stupid. If I had someone like your area manager I with fire them along time ago for they are not professional at all. The store have a copy of my receipt and refuse to refund me. I left my 2x t shirts that I have purchased in your store.... I promise you this will go viral on social media once the court have issue my letter to Truworths Ladysmith....horrible store to deal with non customer friendly people and no ethics
