Lazy consultant and Manager with a bad attitude
on wednesday the 1st of April,i went to the store looking for a phone.with me i had my ID and proof of residency.the sales consultant then told me to go and get proof of residency with my details,because they needed to file it.i was told go to the bank,which i did. i went back to the store and still that was not what he wanted.I was then advised by the manager to go to edgars and ask for a statement. i did so and went back,at the store i watched everything that was done with my id and letter. Nothing was filed yet i spent hours in ques to get that proof.I have a witness to the entire event and that after everything No document was filed. The staff doesnt want to serve people then its best,they moan and give a horrible attitude.I worked in Retail and specialized in cellphones. What was done that day proved they are not chasing sales they are there to pass time and waste our time too.
