<p>This morning I made a terrible mistake with an EFT to my account. I frantic called my bank which could not assist me. Then called your Customer care speaking to Lauren Qaqane, this lady is precious and Truworths have to look after these gems amongst their staff. Her calming, well-mannered way she assisted me was reassuring and professional. She went from dept to dept getting the info I needed to fix my mistake, assuring me that she's still busy and did not forget me. I still have to wait time out for my mistake yet I do feel more positive and in a better place than before. Well done to LAUREN QAQANE. Please convey my gratitude towards her!</p>
