Large corporations dont care about their customers
When you purchase anything from Truworths and then try and return it, they point blankly refuse to return or refund you. It is a sad case of events when poor consumers are ignored and refused to be accommodated, when they purchase something, or it is given to them as a gift and they try and return it, to be told sorry, but we will not return it.

The item is still brand new, never worn and has the original Truworths tag attached, yet Truworths still REFUSED to return it. If I look on this site, REGARDING EXHANGES AND REFUNDS, IT seem common practice by Truworths to NOT want to return/exchange articles. The amount of damage this is doing to your brand, is never recoverable until someone senior, like the CEO does something about this. Believe me, this damage regarding returns, is damaging the Truworths image and I and everyone I know that I can influence, will NEVER PURCHASE FROM Truworths. They should change the name to FALSEWORTHS OR NOTWORTHS.
