Lack of urgency

I was at Truworths with my sister on Friday the 4th of March to buy my girlfriend a watch for her birthday when we got there one was there to assist us by the jewelry department so I had to go to one of the ladies who was at the time busy with clothes to help me purchase the watch we saw through the glass door. When she got there she said she was going to get the person who has the key for that door, we waited for a good 10 minutes, when she got back she said the person who has the key is still on lunch, to my surprise we got there a few minutes past 5 o'clock but anyway so we carried on waiting which took even longer. When we went again to enquire why isn't there anyone else to help us she came back with a answer saying the person had lost the key and was looking for it that's why it took that long to assist us. After waiting for 30 minutes the manager Claudette told us they can't help us which was a clear indication that we should try other stores
