Lack of service
We have bought a high top converse for office London. I have been to the store in fourways a few times and no can help me change it for a size bigger. The shoe was a gift and the person has since immigrated and doesn’t have the slip but has advised it was purchased cash at the time. I asked for a regional manager to contact me as they refused to give me the managers details.and it’s been well I’ve a few weeks with no call and no assistance from the store or regional manager. This costs a lot of money and now I am expected to keep something that does not fit. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of service.

28 Aug 2023, 11:32I am not asking for a return for a credit but rather to change the size as it was a gift from someone who left the country. Surely this should be considered! This is a total ******* and as per the consumer protection act, we have 6 months to change items in its original state and packaging which is the case here. So I am asking for your assistance. The sneaker still has the price tags and in its original box.
