Lack of service
<p> I received a present of a watch from my cuousin and its too BIG. I then went to Truworths South Gate and Truworths Maponya to udjust it. I have a slip and all but no HELP was give. They told me that no Truworths does udjustments, not all of us have big wrists. Truworths South gate told me I should go to a shop where I have to pay and I asked which other Truworths does it where I wont be paying and they told me Sandton or The Glen. I couldn't go there as I went to Maponya, they told me NO Truworths does udjustments. So I wanna know, what type of customer service is that as I said all of us we don't have BIG wrists....so please if you want customers its best you up your game.</p>

Whilst we acknowledge your frustration, you were correctly informed that we do not offer the facility to alter the length of the watch straps.
This being said, we were concerned to read that you were referred to a different Truworths store as this facility is not available at any of our stores. We have contacted the Area Managers of the stores in question to address this matter with the store staff. One of the managers will also contact you shortly to discuss your concerns in this regard.
We understand that you are not happy with the feedback provided and hope that we have adequately responded to your query.
