Lack of service

went to Truworths at Sammy marks mall to purchase with my account but denied to assist me because I'm told that I app**** for Debt review.I did not apply for Debt review.My account is up to date ,not owing the store even a cent.Truworths linked my account with my husband account of which he happened to communicate with one agent at for Debt review(One Debt in Cape Town) sometime last year and later after a month he cancelled it.Actually what happened is he never app**** for Debt review from Johannesburg,company name One Debt .The One Debt phoned him and introduced him for applying debt review,then he told them that he will discuss it first with his wife and he did.Then I refused,then later on we were surprised when the debit money into his account.<br> <br> Then I wrote a letter to them to cancel it.Then I'm told that there is no need for penalising him since they have listen the conversation to their tape recorder.Later after a month I told it was cancelled,and no debit order was done .Please assist me I really need help.My husband id is ***.
