LACK OF SECURITY

Was with my mother on Saturday. We went shopping and we both had to pay our accounts. Went in with our trolley and security guard said we must leave our good behind cannot go in with it. We left them because we had to pay our accounts. When we came out our goods were ******. Asked for footage maybe we might be able to catch who did it. They told us to go to some office that we did not know. They never took iniiative to accompany us... I had to go back to truworths coz i couldnt find the office. They told us to go back the they cant help us and they had no footage in store. next thing manager said in fact she told the security should give everyone the right to go in with the security something the poor gaurd did not know. Manager did nothing to help us either than allow to leave the store for the third time without coming with us to the securities for camera footage. While they new those guards cant give us any footage without them having a lead from the store cameras. Same incident happened day before and they did not do anything with that. My mom lost her goods so did i while we paid alomost R1000 by them. Now must lend money for groceries.
