lack of communication!!!!!!! DISGUISTED
On the 29 November I placed a order online, up until today I have not received it. I emailed and have called but the only thing I have been told you will look into it and get back to me and still nothing. What ****es me off is every time I went online it said it would be delivered but when I go https://www.rtt.co.za/track/ it gives me other details???? I really don't understand why you cannot provide me feedback. This is the first time shopping online using truworths and it's one of the worst service i have received!
