LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

So I went to Truworth on the 19/07/2024 to pay my account. The payment was processed and i also purchased an item after making the payment. today I contact trans union to check if my payments have been recorded or not. I'm informed that truworth reported only the purchase I made on 19/07/2024. i then contact truworth to get clarity on what is happening and they send me from one pillar to another without an explanation as to why did they not report the payment I made prior to making the purchase which I made after the payment. This is not a true reflection of transactions.
