Got really good service from a dude there until I needed to return the dress I ordered. The guy told me that I need to wait for Channel, which decided that she will first assist 2 customers that arrived mooons after me all because she did not want to assist. How really pathetic service from the Kuilsriver branch, your attitude absolutely disgusted me. I am a customer and this is how I am treated, and you looking after the store. Truworths please employee people that are professional and take your customers into consideration. Not people like Channel that has a attitude that smell so bad that it sickening. Please provide her with a smile and equip her with proper customer service/skills
