Kayla didnt care

I bought two Daniel Hecther belts in one of they stores.

I actually bought them because I thought that they were quality belts and bought from Truworths.

Two weeks agp i went to a funeral and while there the belt just ripped into half and my trouser was begining to fall from my waist.Had to quickly grab the broken belt and at the same time prevent my trouser from falling.Sat in the car after I was embarrased.

Got home and took photos and send them to their customer services via email.Kayla responded but the tone of the responses did not show any caring even with the photos receieved.

This kinda of bad service I did not expect from Truworths.I will now have to think twice about their products going forward.
