KANGOL MAKE-UP COMLAINT
I sent a complaint to Truworths on '***', no response . Forwarded the same complaint this morning. Truworths is the only supplier of Kangol makeup. I bought a pencil which is supposed to be retractable, swopped it once telling them is doesn't retract and it still doesn't. 5 days and the pencil is done. Pathetic and no response. Please tell me what to do. I bought it at Truworths Colonnade.
