Kaaak service from Truworths

Yesterday i made a follow up regarding my order o***, and i was told lot's of nonsense and i was told my order is at your Wearhouse they will ask the couriers for feedback. Today when i call again I'm being told that there's no feedback and they will send another email to your couriers. What's stopping Truworths to call those couriers and asking them when is the parcel going to be delivered????

Secondly why is your customer service and online department not responding to our emails. Why should i still keep paying for services fees if you don't give me the service when i want it.

Lastly why are you're seniors at head office always on lunch or not available when we want to speak to them
