Jozini Truworths

On 21 st June 2020 I was very much embarrassed by Truworth staff, I visited the shop because I had a broken shoe, I wanted to buy new shoes after driving many kilometres to reach to Jozini Truworths the staff and the manager denied me to enter because I was wearing built in mask in polo neck. They told me that I must buy a mask from them because what I was wearing it wasn't a mask. I told them I have covered the mouth and the nose and mouth completely but still refused I went back home with a broken shoe in the whole shopping mall and town walking around with broken shoe. The most irritating part was that in other shop they allowed me to enter it was Jozini Truworths who denied my right to buy. I would like to know that if you're not wearing mask of their choice you're not allowed to enter their shop or what? I didn't understand the concern of the staff, I didn't even go and buy another mask because I believed they didn't like me at their shop.
