They tell me my account is approved, by sms .go to store with your id. I get there reapply and tell me im declined because someone else used my number when applying for their account also. What bull**** is that?

Your concerns raised have been escalated to our New Accounts Department, and we were informed that the reason for the declined applications was communicated to you. Once an account application is declined the applicant is required to wait a three month period before re-applying for an account.
