Its nonsense the online services and stop calling people a lot when they miss a month's payment

Truworths store its good for calling people and demand you pay for one month missed payment and keep on calling like you stole something.

I made a purchase online in their stores while returning the same item for a different size on the 7th of July. I called a week ago and the consultant told me that my order letlft their warehouse to the courier services, when I called a week later another consultant told me it has never left the warehouse, which one is true. And now they send me an SMS to say something went wrong with my order and want to refund me ,why waste my time while when they want their payment the intire Truworths will call you in one day...

Disappointed and closing my account.
