Items never delivered

I have placed my order with truworths a month ago and they have sent my parcel with fastway couriers. When I check with Truworths they said all my items are delivered. I tried to check with fastway courier and no one answers. A week ago I received a call from fastway courier and they confirmed that they do have my order but no one is delivering it O***
