Item seems to be used and the size tag not belong to the skirt ,size 34 in a size 40 or 42

I bought a skirt online after i did the fitting in-store size 34 but i received a size 40 with a size 34 tag and it seems like it has been used,the skirt have 2 small holes around the bums,it's totally different from what i fitted in store,highly disappointed in u guys,My neighbour is size 38 but the skirt is crazy big on her as well,also the belt have scratches and unfortunately i stay 73km away from Truworths store.Pretty much bored,I sent them email with pictures they didn't reply by this date.?
