Good Morning .

On the 11 July 2025 I've bought my self a black tulle rara skirt at truworths Greenacres mall as I was wearing it I've picked up That the material is catching up fluff and Im not happy with that is quit disappointing.

On the 2 August I went back to return the product as I'm not happy with it the cashier went to the manager/ supervisor and came back with him

He said to me he won't be able to forgive me for becouse "it's a delicate material it is going to catch things for is lace"

I asked him how do I keep such a thing if his conferming that it's doing that

All he said was it is what it is I sad thank you I left unhappy

Please tell me how do I keep and where this product I no longer want it as it not serving it's value as I believe that your brand is a high strong durabil quality
