ITC Update and Account Correction

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding my account, which is impacting my ITC record.

The details on the account are incorrect, and this has negatively influenced my ITC score. Specifically, the payment I made has not been reflected in your records, despite having been requested and updated previously.

I had been assured that the necessary updates would be made; however, it seems that the information has not been updated on the ITC report, which is supposed to be done before the 4th of each month.

I kindly ask that this matter be rectified urgently. Please ensure that the payment is properly reflected and that the correct information is sent to the ITC as soon as possible to avoid further impact on my credit report.
