ITC not updated

Hello Peter I'm writing this review because I'm very disappointed with this company such a big brand but they can't do a simple thing like updating their system this is totally upsetting and I don't think I'll ever recommend them to any of my friends or relatives at some point I think they're doing this to me because my skin has color maybe if my skin had no color maybe this would have been sorted long time ago I really don't know I'm writing to you because I'm now running out of options and I'll find assistance. Actually I had an account with Truworths years back and it went into ereas coz I was unemployed and unable to pay my debts but in July 2023 I settled the account and received settlement letter and I was told that everything will be updated on my credit score after 21 days but that did not happen and in December 2023 I went to transunion to check my ITC report and they also confirmed that I'm not owing Truworths But what's frustrating is that we are now in 2025 Truworths hasn't updated my status on their system I'm unable to get any credit coz I'm blocked by this so called Truworths account of which I settled in 2023. I need to move on with my life but it seems like Truworths enjoys to keep their consumers jailed up for no reason. I need this account sorted out ASAP (Acc number ***) If this account is not updated on my next Credit report I'm taking this further I'm sick and tired of being played by this company.
