Irritable client
The service for Truworths client services is Horrid.
I was advised to make payment on my arrears truworths account which I have done. Its been more than a month since I received confirmation that the payment was received and system updated as I was handed over to collections.
I tried calling the call centre and nobody can help me.
Can somebody call me :*** ID: ***
