Irresponsible listing that affects our score within the credit bureau.
Wrong listing information within Trans union credit bureau, my current balance with truworths is R0. 00 whereas as it appears at trans union its says my current balance R6,665.00 which is wrong I need that information to be updated as of now because truworths are the ones providing this to trans union credit bureau.

Truworths (as with any credit granting company), submits information regarding payment profiles of our customers to all Credit Bureaus on a monthly basis as required under by the National Credit Act (NCA).
According to our records, we can confirm that your account was settled on 26 September 2018, subsequent to the date when our books on the accounts closed for the month. For this reason, we can verify that your credit bureau update will be done by the end of October 2018.
