Bought 2pairs of socks last month on the 1st of may I wore the socks on the 2nd of may the one pair i wore tore the same day a couple of hours after wearing them Took the socks back.but the rudeness i recieved from the staff. I was told the socks have to be taken in for quality assurance and that they will call me in 2 WEEKS time. I went back after a month meaning on the 3rd of june. Just to be told the socks are not back yet. And why make sucha a big issue about socks. Its only after 5 days that i am called to collect my socks n that if i want the sock i have to pay an extra R100 for them .OTHERWISE i will only receive 70bucks as the socks cost R170. . what is the R100 for no one can explain.
