Invasion of privacy!
<p>I've received an emailed statement for a complete stranger - and goodness knows who my statement has been emailed to. My name, address, account number, available credit and shopping details are in the hands of somebody unknown! In the past two hoursI've emailed their 'customer services' dept (that's a joke in itself), inboxed them on Facebook and posted a complaint but not heard back from anyone. I should sue them for invasion of privacy.</p>
