Internal management treatment

I have been working at truworths Carlton Centre branch 174 for a year and received heart breaking treatment from my manager Xolani Ndela. From receiving less working hours to being threatened that he will take my job, even when we tried to take the matter of what is happening in our work place the top management just told us to get used to him. A number of people resigned due to his actions and I'm tired of our line manager not taking our issues seriously regarding him. Hope I don't lose my job over this
