Inter Branch Transfer

Very disappointed in the service from Truworths West Coast Mall. I called in to request for a dress to be sent to me to Truworths Promenade mall as I had my heart set on this specific dress and they were the only store that had stock of this dress. It showed out of stock online so I was not able to order it online. The lady at West Coast Mall advised me to go to Promenade Mall to request them to send an email to them in order to send the dress. I advised them that I will not be able to go to the store on that specific day but will definitely be able to go the next day to put in this request. They informed me that they will put the dress aside until they get the instruction. I went to the store the next day to request the dress to be sent and was only advised today that they sold the dress the day I went to the store to request it. I find this totally frustrating as they could have just asked for my account details and sent the dress to me as I requested it telephonically. Now I am without a dress and no-one wants to take accountability for the lack of communication.
