Insurance Cancellation

<p>I purchased an item at Earth Addict Centre Walk on the 2nd May 2016, an insurance was added without my concern</p> <p>Sales person requested a card (Truworths card) and my ID document, and after processing my purchase she said the system does not allow her to do anything on the system unless she accepts the insurance. She further said I must call call center for cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted the call center several times but no help, I was told to contact Hollard myself for cancellation</p> <p> </p> <p>Please cancel the insurance, it was processed against my will</p>
