Insulting manager

I got insulted by the manager (Lonwabo) of Truworths Greenacres Port Elizabeth and I laid a complaint about this on the day (25/082022) and it is now already more then a month ago and havent received any feedback on this matter. It feels like the incident was just swept under the carpet and dissapeared. Its highly unprofessional.

Yes someone did contact me, but I will only be pleased if the necessary steps has been taken against thus party mentioned and I did relay my message to the person I spoke to.

9 months ago I got insulted by the Truworths Greenacres Manager Lonwabo and up until today Ive never received an apology. Terrible. Truworths will never receive any off my business ever again and I would encourage other people that also went through any unpleasantness at this particular store to withdraw their business.
A simple apology wouldv'e gone a far way.......

Its been 2 years since I made a complaint at Truworths, up untill today 28/11/24 I havent received any apology from the manager and his insults.
Terrible how Truworths VALUE their customers, yet they want our money!!! :-(
