Installment error
I'm so not happy with Truworths conduct, I got my statement via email & an SMS on the 23rd of August that i must pay R130 before the 30th . Went to one of their branches paid my account full now I've been harassed by the same company's consultants telling me that my account is in arrears, apparently i was supposed to pay R200 the consultant even goes further to ask me y would i pay R130 when i know that's not wat me & the cashier agreed on. My question to him was "wen do I make arrangements with cashier's cz I pay wat I'm sent on my monthly statements" I'm so not happy I'm even thinking of paying them up to date and close this account... I mean not once have I ever been behind on my payments to be harassed because of an error made by them😡
