Insane Rules

Suddenly this is now a new rule to Truworths Company Only the owner of the account is allowed to return the clothes purchased how the hell is it possible for us that works and sometimes not have time to go to returm goods not send any family member or friend ....

It not like you need permission to return goods ... Im really not happy about their service im giong to rather close my account ....
