Ineffective systems or management

It is unbearable the accounts dept.

I make a concerted effort to pay my accounts on time, however I am still continuously bothered with smses querying arrears on account.

This month I paid on 31/7 then at 23h52 on 6/8 I receive an sms regarding an arrears. It is extremely unpleasant please lay off.
