Increasing Limits after asking not too. Without my permission

On the 18th of march I had a closing balance of R3995.95. I had a credit limit of R6500. I asked them to not increase my limit again and I'd like to keep it on the R6500, only to find out that my limit yet again has now increased to almost R14k. Without notifying me or phoning me.. not even to mention we are in may, have they not read the email properly ? And guess what. I still owe them R3400.. after I have not shopped there for almost 6-8 months paying monthly R640.

I think you can decrease my account to R 0 as I have paid my account over and over. Never ending cycle.
