Incorrect pricing
I found a pair of pants on the rails that had a WAS and NOW price on it, when I got to the counter to pay the cashier tld me that the price was the normal price and that it was no longer on the price displayed. The floor manager Thabang says it was a human error and feels that the NCA leaves space for human and therefor they could not sell the item at the price displayed. I feel that this is unfair and and bad customer service. The store manger should make sure that each and every item of clothing thats on the shelf has the correct price on it. The cashier was also speaking to the floor manager in a language thats unkown to me, which was very disrespectful to me as i could not understand what was said.
