Incorrect information
My account *** is up to date with no amount due but Truworths has sent incorrect information to ITC showing that the account is 4 months in arrears. I have contacted them numerious times for the to correct this but to no avail. They say my account is up to date but cannot send me a statement or letter stating this and even their statement online system has old statements. They have said on numerious occassions that they will email me updated statement but no statements are received and credit profile has not been updated.
