Incorrect Cellphone SMS Messages
I get weekly SMS messages demanding payments on my work Standby Phone. The ref of the TRUWORTHS account is ***.<br> <br> I do not have an account with Truworths, and I have phoned several times. They have an incorrect phone number for the person with this account - or the messages is diverted to my phone.<br> <br> They have done nothing to resolve this. I cannot contact the account holder , the information is not known to me. The insist that my number is not on their system, yet I receive these irritating SMS messages weekly.
