Incorrect billing date
Truworths debit my bank account on an earlier date which I have not specified, now all of a sudden my bank account has a negative balance which will increase as I will incur bank charges for being debited without enough funds in my account which is no fault of mine as if I was debited on the correct date funds would have been available.This leaves me no choice but to close of this account. My account number ***,this is unacceptable behaviour.Nxa

05 Aug 2019, 09:37My debit order date for the month of July was incorrect I even incurred bank charges. My debit date is the 25th and you debited on the 23rd of July, Well if this is your response to solving my query you leave me no choice but to close this account as what you are telling me is not helpful at all.
