Incorrect billing!!

I am quite appalled by the service rendered by Truworths... I have been working towards paying off this account and before my final installment, I requested for a statement of my account in anticipation that my calculation of all my payments will reconcile with what appears on the statement. I was shocked on receiving my statement that there was a payment reversal made on my account and I was not owing 2 payments... Which is very inaccurate. I followed up on this and I was informed that it will be checked and followed up on. To this day, I have not as yet received any feedback. May you please fix this mess and get your act right... I did not request for a payment reversal, and therefore I believe only a single payment is due!
