I requested a settlement quote from Truworths attorneys which is Vvm on the 25 June 2020 in order to pay off my account.I got the settlement figure send by sms to my cellphone number .Com told me they giving me 20%discount.I paid the the amount of R8654.04 on the 29 June 2020.I have not received the paid up letter & they have not updated my records at credit bureaux.To my surprise I got an sms from vvm that I need to pay.I can't believe this & I am very angry with their incompetence.Very disgruntled client
