I previously e-mailed *** and got no response until I reported it on hellopeter. I tried the e-mail address again and once more I have had no response hence my post on hellopeter...

I received rude and arrogant service from the store supervisors, Valencia and Sumeel, from the Ballito Junction and Gateway stores respectively. Valencia refused to assist with scanning a voucher that I was entitled to, and Sumeel reversed the value of the voucher after it was successfully scanned onto my account.

The area managers who contacted me confirmed that the service from Valencia was inappropriate and that the voucher should have been processed however I was unable to contact them for assistance when I encountered the problem! I also left a message with Valencia over a week ago for the area manager to contact me and nobody has reverted to me since.
