*********** staff at Truworths Head office

I went to make an account purchase at Truworth. I hadn't done that in a while. I was told I need to speak to head office. They asked me quite a number of questions. Some I ha e no idea what they were asking. Nevertheless they decided to tell me I failed on my personal details which is absolutely *******. I believe I failed because they assumed a different race was supposed to be on the other end. What a frustrating and exhausting not to mention humiliating experience. Because of some *********** staff at head office. Why should head office verify me when I am known at the store ? I fully am aware of ********** but they should have allowed the store manager or staff to verify me. Anyway Truworths won't be seeing me or my family members again
