I've purchased clothes online in March, a month later I received an email to come and collect my order when I got there to Sammy Mark's Square in Pretoria I only received 2 items out of 7 items and the remaining will be delivered, I've never received an email or sms, even a call to come and collect the rest of my items today I call the online help line they advise me that my order was returned because I never went to collect. How do I go and collect if there is no one telling me to come and collect, this frustrating and ***********. So I did not receive my order because someone doesn't know how to do their job...
