*********** STAFF AND A STUPID EXCHANGE POLICY!!

On 04 December 2019 i visited your gateway branch to exchange an item for a different size. I had purchased this item from La Lucia mall for R320 (uzzi mens shorts) IT WAS NOT ON SALE. I go to your gateway branch and it was R360, i asked the cashier why the difference in the price, she tells me she doesnt know?? that wasnt the issue, i didnt mind paying the extra R40. So i go to do the refund, the cashier takes my bank card and looks at it and then tells me she is putting the money back into my account. IT WAS A NORMAL DEBIT/CHEQUE CARD. She then takes the new item and swipes for the new item. I get back home and look at my bank statement to see that no funds were put back into my account and i was charged for the new item without refunding me for the old item!!! This is absolute nonsense! How can this place hire such *********** staff?! Never in my life have i seen an exchange done like this before! I speak to the manager and get told i will be refunded in 7 - 10 days! What **** is that!! I WANT MY MONEY NOW!! THESE FOOLS HAD NO RIGHT TO EVEN TOUCH MY ACCOUNT!!!!
