I had a truworths account which was paid off ,I was out the country from March 2017 until October 2018, but I was still receiving a truworths bill of almost R2000 if not more now ,I then sent truworths an email explaining my situation last year 30 November (I actually have the emails as proof) and it's a year later .I refuse to pay that bill as the cashier's who processed those purchases are *********** because i know even if i just purchased a foundation they asked for IDENTITY document and check signatures so I dont know how were they able to process these purchases without that information I'm willing to take this to court if I am on the credit bureau because of this bill Pathetic service and *********** staff!!!!
